2. General Terms

By making a purchase from me, you accept these terms of trade.
I reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice, but changes will only apply to new orders.

3. Products and Prices


  • All prices are in DKK including VAT.

  • Prices do not always include shipping, unless stated otherwise.

  • I strive to keep product specifications updated, but reserve the right to errors.

4. Ordering


  • Orders can be placed via the webshop sejlstroem.dk.

  • After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

5. Payment


  • I accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, MobilePay, Shop, Viabill, Anyday

  • Visa

  • For card payments, the amount may be reserved at the time of ordering. As a rule, the amount is only charged when the item is shipped. If, in exceptional cases, an item requires legal prepayment, this will be clearly stated and you must accept it separately.

  • The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300 DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The amount of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex installment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Please note that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will be charged. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically cancelled. 6. Delivery


  • Delivery time is stated on each product.

  • Items marked In stock are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Items marked with extended delivery time are usually shipped within 5–7 business days.

  • Special order items may have a delivery time of approx. 1–2 weeks, when indicated on the item.

  • The risk of the product passes to you as the buyer upon delivery.

7. Returns and Right of Cancellation


  • You have a 30-day right of cancellation from receipt of the item.

  • You may examine the item in the same way as in a physical store. If the item has been handled more than is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and function, a deduction for depreciation may be made. Please include original packaging and accessories if you have them.

  • Returns are to be sent to SejlStrøm - Fjællebrovejen 81, 5600 Faaborg.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notification of cancellation. I may withhold the refund until the item is received back, or you have provided documentation that it has been shipped.

8. Complaints


  • In case of errors or defective products, contact me immediately at Shop@SejlStroem.dk.

  • As a consumer, you have a 2-year right of complaint under the Sale of Goods Act. Complaints are handled according to the rules in force at any given time.

  • I will replace defective items or offer repair, exchange, or a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability


  • I do not accept liability for indirect losses or consequential damages.

  • Products must correspond to the information and the agreement applicable at the time of purchase. Any errors and defects are handled according to current consumer regulations.
