Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal at SejlStrøm

You have the right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last item.

If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline will be extended to the next business day.

How to Cancel Your Order

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. This can be done by email or phone:

The cancellation deadline is met if you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returns and Return Costs

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned via your nearest parcel shop.

The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you have notified us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if the item is sent before the 30-day period expires.

Goods must not be sent cash on delivery (COD).

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, all payments received from you will be refunded, including any delivery costs.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 30 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation that the goods have been sent.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

No fees will be charged for the refund.

Product Testing, Depreciation and Packaging

You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

You may test the product in the same way you would in a physical store, but the product must not be used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it.

If the item has lost value due to improper use, the reduction in value may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item has lost all resale value due to improper handling, the purchase price may not be refunded.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and securely packed.

The risk of the item remains with you until it has been received by SejlStrøm. We therefore recommend that you keep your shipping receipt and track & trace number.
