Professional NMEA buffer with 2 OPTO inputs, 12 ISO-Drive outputs, serial port, Ethernet port, standard configuration and pluggable screw terminals.

The PRO-BUF-2 has a robust stainless-steel housing and provides isolation on all inputs and outputs. With two NMEA 0183 inputs, twelve NMEA 0183 outputs, a bidirectional serial port and an Ethernet port, it is well suited to larger leisure vessels, commercial shipping and systems that require type-approved devices.

The intelligent NMEA 0183 buffer supports manually configurable operating modes including buffer, intelligent autoswitch and combination modes.

For other configurations, select “User Configuration Mode”. The web-based configuration tool allows full customisation of the PRO-BUF-2 across common operating systems and makes it possible to fine-tune the data available on each output.

For quick installation, the PRO-BUF-2 uses two-part connectors with screw terminals and a professional DIN-rail mounting system (DIN rail not included). The unit can also be bulkhead mounted.

LEDs show power, data in, data out and alarm status to support diagnostics. Data statistics and load indication are available in real time through the web tool.
