Cheap solar system for holiday home / allotment house – 500–650 Wh daily production (off-grid)

This solar system is designed as a budget-friendly, complete solution for those who want basic power in their holiday home or allotment house without being connected to the electricity grid. The system consists of a 200 W monocrystalline solar panel , a 30 A MPPT charge controller with display , a 1.2 kWh battery storage (12 V/100 Ah) and a 230 V pure sine inverter (300 W) .

The system is ideal for powering LED lights , TVs , computers and mobile phone chargers as well as other smaller 230 V appliances simultaneously (up to 300 W load). It is particularly suitable for summer use, weekend stays or as a supplement to lighting and electronics in allotment houses without a mains connection.

Note: The system is not suitable for refrigerators or larger appliances , as the starting current for these requires higher inverter power and a larger battery bank.
