The Silva 125T pedestal compass is designed for boats and sailors requiring absolute accuracy and a stable compass card under all conditions and heeling angles.
It is flush-mounted in the pedestal, with a visible scale of 125 mm and a gimballed cradle.
A compensator allows for the correction of magnetic interference, and there is integrated illumination in the adjustable protective cover for ideal night vision, as well as lubber lines that remain vertical even in heavy seas. The elevated center needle eliminates reading errors and facilitates steering from the side of the compass.
