The Silva 85 Compass is a practical small flush-mount compass for smaller powerboats and sailboats that does not require large holes for installation.

The Silva 85 compass is a stable compass for small, fast boats. It features 45-degree lubber lines and a memory ring for setting a desired course. The clear compass scale and quick readability make this compass perfect for high-speed navigation. The flat base design allows for "flush" installation without requiring large holes in the boat.

A common configuration in dinghies and smaller sailboats is to have two Silva 85 compasses, one mounted on each side. This gives you the flexibility to move more freely in the boat.

Thanks to the excellent damping of the compass card, the Silva 85 is well-suited for high speeds and harsh conditions.
