Installation and choosing accessories

Vigtigt ved montering i båd
- Forbrændingsluft og udstødning skal føres sikkert til det fri.
- Udstødningen skal være gastæt og udført med marineegnede gennemføringer, isolering og afstand til brændbare materialer.
- Brændstofslange, pumpe, kabeltværsnit og sikring skal dimensioneres korrekt.
- Montér en separat, godkendt CO-alarm i opholdsområdet. En indbygget CO-funktion erstatter ikke bådens faste alarm.
- Alt-i-ét/Toolbox-modeller må ikke stå løst i en beboet kabine, medmindre hele forbrændingskredsen er permanent og gastæt ført udenfor.

Sunster TP BW 8 kW diesel heater – all-in-one with WiFi and Bluetooth is a diesel air heater for boats, campers, vans, workshops, and other off-grid installations where fast, dry warm air is desired.

This is SejlStrøm’s recommended first choice for normal insulation, not a manufacturer guarantee or a calculation for year-round use. The area is the interior space to be heated. Boat length is only a rough sorting guide and cannot be converted directly to m². In case of frost, large glass areas, multiple cabins, or year-round living, I will calculate the requirement specifically.

⚠️ Important for installation in boats
- Combustion air and exhaust must be safely routed outdoors.
- The exhaust must be gas-tight and installed with marine-grade fittings, insulation, and distance from flammable materials.
- Fuel line, pump, cable cross-section, and fuse must be correctly dimensioned.
- Install a separate, approved CO alarm in the living area. A built-in CO function does not replace the boat's fixed alarm.
- All-in-one/Toolbox models must not be left unsecured in an occupied cabin unless the entire combustion circuit is permanently and gas-tightly routed outside.
