This is SejlStrøm's indicative first choice for normal insulation, not a manufacturer warranty or a calculation for year-round use. The area is the interior space to be heated. The boat length is only a rough sorting aid and cannot be converted directly to m². In the case of frost, large glass areas, multiple cabins, or year-round living, I will calculate the requirement specifically.

Important regarding boat installation

For maritime installations, the exhaust, hull fitting, fuel system, combustion air, and hot air hoses must be executed with parts and materials suitable for the purpose. A standard included muffler or fitting should not automatically be considered gas-tight or approved for installation in a boat. The installation must be positioned, secured, and tested so that exhaust gas and carbon monoxide cannot enter living spaces.
