VEVOR diesel heater 8 kW 12/24 V – color display and remote control is a diesel air heater for boats, campers, vans, camping, workshops, and other places where efficient heating is desired without idling the engine. This version is a built-in model with a color display, and the information below applies specifically to VEVOR SKU ZCJRQDC12V8KQWKUC001V9.

Recommended sizing

Heated area: 11–20 m²
Boat length: 31–40 feet

This is SejlStrøm's recommended first choice for normal insulation, not a manufacturer guarantee or a calculation for year-round use. The area is the interior space to be heated. The boat length is only a rough sorting guide and cannot be converted directly to m². In case of frost, large glass areas, multiple cabins, or year-round living, I will calculate the specific requirements.

Choose the size based on the room's insulation, outside temperature, and the need for air distribution – a higher stated kW value is not necessarily the best solution for a small room.

Heating unit, controls, and installation parts are supplied as shown in the product images. As VEVOR may change accessory packages, the package content should always be checked against the images and the VEVOR item number before ordering.

Important regarding boat installation

For maritime installation, the exhaust, hull fitting, fuel system, combustion air, and hot air hoses must be executed with parts and materials suitable for the purpose. A standard included silencer or fitting should not automatically be considered gas-tight or approved for boat installation. The installation must be placed, secured, and tested so that exhaust gas and carbon monoxide cannot enter living spaces.
