VEVOR diesel heater 8 kW 12 V – all-in-one with 4.5 l tank and Bluetooth is a diesel air heater for boats, campervans, vans, camping, workshops, and other places where effective heating is desired without running the engine. This version is the 4.5 l all-in-one with Bluetooth, and the information below applies specifically to VEVOR SKU PPKCYJRQ25N18JNIP001V2.

Guideline sizing

Heated area: 11–20 m²
Boat length: 31–40 feet

This is SejlStrøm's recommended first choice for normal insulation, not a manufacturer guarantee or a calculation for year-round use. The area is the interior space to be heated. Boat length is only a rough sorting aid and cannot be converted directly to m². In freezing temperatures, large glass areas, multiple cabins, or year-round living, I calculate the requirement specifically.

Important for installation in boats

For marine installation, exhaust, hull through-hull fittings, fuel system, combustion air, and hot air ducts must be executed with parts and materials suitable for the purpose. A standard included silencer or fitting must not automatically be considered gas-tight or approved for installation in boats. The installation must be placed, secured, and tested so that exhaust gas and carbon monoxide cannot enter living spaces.
