This is SejlStrøm's recommended first choice for normal insulation, not a manufacturer's warranty or a calculation for year-round use. The area refers to the interior space to be heated. The boat length is only a rough guide and cannot be converted directly into m². In cases of frost, large glass areas, multiple cabins, or year-round living, I will calculate the specific requirements.

Important for boat installation

For maritime installation, the exhaust, hull fitting, fuel system, combustion air, and hot air hoses must be installed using parts and materials suitable for the purpose. A standard supplied silencer or fitting should not automatically be considered gas-tight or approved for installation in a boat. The installation must be positioned, secured, and tested to ensure that exhaust gases and carbon monoxide cannot enter living areas.
