Description
This Victron Orion‑Tr 12/24‑10A (240 W) DC‑DC converter is designed to convert 12 V battery voltage to 24 V , allowing you to power 24 V equipment directly from a 12 V system — e.g. in boats, campers, vans, off‑grid systems or similar installations. The unit is galvanically isolated , meaning that the input and output are electrically separated, increasing safety, reducing noise and mitigating the risk of ground loops.
The design has built-in remote on/off , so you can control the inverter via a low-current switch or engine ignition, and it can be paralleled with other units for increased total output if needed.
