This is the manufacturer’s listed standard package. Select a marine through-hull fitting, exhaust insulation and a separate CO alarm for the boat’s installation.
Compatibility and installation
Use on a boat requires a correctly engineered installation. Combustion air and exhaust must be routed safely outside. Exhaust must be gas-tight with marine-suitable fittings, insulation and clearance from combustible materials. Do not use the heater loose inside an occupied cabin with exhaust inside the boat.
Correctly size fuel hoses, pump, wiring and fuses. Fit a separate approved CO alarm in the living area. Heating demand depends on insulation, volume and air distribution; boat length alone is insufficient.
