Cancel purchase

You generally have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

You can notify us using the form below or email shop@sejlstroem.dk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

The automatic form has a 14-day limit. On days 15–30 after receiving the item, or if the form cannot process your order, you must send your notification to us by email before the 30-day deadline expires. The shorter time limit in the form does not change your 30-day right of withdrawal.

Once we have received your request, we will send a confirmation by email.

We recommend returning items in their original packaging if possible. You may examine the items as you would in a physical store, but any use beyond this may result in a decrease in value.
