Prices

All prices at SejlStrøm are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold-out items.


Payment

SejlStrøm accepts payment by:

  • VISA-Dankort

  • VISA

  • VISA Electron

  • Mastercard

  • PayPal

  • MobilePay

  • Bank transfer

Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped. All amounts are stated in DKK and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders for discontinued or unavailable items.


Delivery

SejlStrøm aims to ship orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping costs start from DKK 35. Goods will be delivered to the address provided when placing the order.

We do not deliver outside Denmark, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Orders are shipped with PostNord or GLS.

Please note: If delivery is not possible at the selected address, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest collection point, and you will be notified accordingly. If any issues occur, please contact customer service.

Delivery takes place on weekdays, and orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Special delivery conditions may apply to certain products. These terms will be clearly stated before purchase.


Warranty and Right to Make a Claim

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 2-year right to make a claim regarding defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

Depending on the situation, the item may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or subject to a price reduction. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or incorrect handling of the product or service.

Claims must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. SejlStrøm will cover reasonable return shipping costs in connection with approved claims.

Cash on delivery (COD) shipments are not accepted.


Refunds

If a refund is required, please provide your bank details (account number and registration number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information may safely be sent by email or other electronic means, as it will only be used for processing the refund.


Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Policy)

You have a 30-day full right of return on goods purchased through our webshop.

The withdrawal period begins on the day:

  • you receive the order;

  • you take physical possession of the last item in an order delivered in separate shipments;

  • you take possession of the final batch or part of an order delivered in multiple parts; or

  • you receive the first item in case of regular deliveries over a defined period.

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 30 days after receiving the goods, and the items must be returned within 30 days after notifying us. Notification must be made by email (see contact details above) and must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Refusing delivery without clearly notifying us does not constitute cancellation.


Goods Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items

  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken

  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

  • Goods where the seal has been broken

  • Services fully performed with the consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost

  • Digital content not delivered on a physical medium where performance has begun with prior consent

  • Newspapers, magazines, and periodicals (except subscriptions)

  • Goods purchased at public auctions

  • Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly


Returns

Returned goods must be sent without undue delay and no later than 30 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. Please include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also include the Withdrawal Form.

You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.


Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods — similar to what would be allowed in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used, and only part of the purchase price — or none — may be refunded depending on the item’s commercial value upon return.

To receive a full refund, please test the item without actually using it.


Refund of Purchase Amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.

Any reduction in value for which you are responsible will be deducted from the refund.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided documentation proving that the goods have been returned.

In order for you to shop on our website, we require the following information:

  • Email address

  • Information about purchased items

We process your personal data solely for the purpose of delivering your goods and handling inquiries related to your purchase. Processing is carried out in accordance with SejlStrøm’s privacy policy, where you can read more about how your data is handled, stored, and your rights as a customer.
