Right of Withdrawal at SejlStrøm
You have the right to cancel your purchase without providing any reason within 30 days.
Cancellation Period
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you — or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) — take physical possession of the goods.
If you ordered multiple items in one order and they cannot be delivered at the same time, the cancellation period begins on the day you — or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) — receive the last item.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day (June 5), Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next business day.
How to Cancel
To cancel your purchase, you must clearly inform me that you wish to cancel. This can be done by email or phone:

The cancellation deadline is met if you send your notice of cancellation before the deadline expires.
Returns and Costs
Once you have informed me that you wish to cancel your purchase, the item must be returned via the nearest parcel shop.

The item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 30 days after you have notified me of your cancellation. The deadline is met if the item is shipped before the 30-day period expires.
Items must not be sent cash on delivery.
You are responsible for paying the direct costs associated with returning the item.
Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, all payments received from you will be refunded, including any delivery costs.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day I receive your notice of cancellation. However, I reserve the right to withhold the refund until I have received the returned item or you have provided documentation that the item has been shipped.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged in connection with the refund.
Inspection, Depreciation, and Packaging
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if they have been handled in a way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You may examine the item in the same way you would in a physical store, but the item must not be put into actual use.
If the item has lost value due to improper handling or use, the depreciation may be deducted from the amount refunded to you. If the item no longer has resale value, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and properly packed. You bear the risk for the item until it is received by me. Therefore, I recommend that you keep the postal receipt and any track & trace number.
