Returns and Refunds

When you purchase as a consumer, SejlStrøm offers a 30-day right of withdrawal.

The period starts on the day you, or a person appointed by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts when the final item is received.

How to withdraw

Before the period expires, clearly tell us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. Email shop@sejlstroem.dk or call +45 24411174. You do not need to give a reason.

Returns

After notifying us, we accept that you send the goods back no later than 30 days after your notice.

You normally pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

We refund payments received from you, including the delivery cost corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered for your order. Additional cost resulting from a more expensive delivery option is not refunded.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Condition of the goods

You are only liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please use the original packaging where it is still available. Missing or damaged original packaging does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal, but it may be considered when assessing a reduction in value if it materially reduces the value of the goods.

Complaints

Your right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective goods.
