Delivery and Shipping

SejlStrøm ships from Denmark to Denmark and to the EU countries available at checkout.

Dispatch time

Items in stock are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Items supplied from an external or order warehouse typically take 3–5 business days to dispatch, while some products may have longer lead times. The stock and delivery status shown on the product page is indicative and updated continuously.

Shipping options and price

The delivery methods available for your order and the current shipping price are shown at checkout based on destination country, total weight and the items in your cart.

Standard parcel shipments within the EU are generally sent with GLS. Large or very heavy products that cannot be shipped as standard parcels may require separate freight or have a more limited delivery area. This will be shown at checkout or agreed with you before dispatch.

Delays

If an order is significantly delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Withdrawal and returns
