Prices shown in the store include VAT where VAT is applicable. The currency applicable to your purchase is shown in the storefront and at checkout.

Payment

The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Payment is processed by the payment providers displayed at checkout.

Formation of the contract

After you place an order, you receive an electronic order confirmation. If there is an obvious pricing, stock or system error, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Right of withdrawal

For consumer purchases, we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal. Notice, return, refund and product-condition rules are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Defective goods and complaints

Mandatory consumer-law rights regarding defective goods apply to consumer purchases. Under Danish law, the general starting point is a two-year right to complain about defects in goods.

Governing law and disputes

The contract is generally governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, this does not deprive you of protection granted by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
