Description
Efficient MPPT solar charge controller for medium-sized solar systems on boats, campers, and off-grid installations.
The Victron BlueSolar MPPT 100/50 is a reliable solar charge controller that optimizes energy from your solar panels and charges the battery bank quickly and safely. It can handle up to 100 V solar panel voltage and 50 A charging current, making it suitable for medium-sized solar installations.
The advanced MPPT technology (Maximum Power Point Tracking) continuously monitors the voltage and current from the solar panels and finds the optimal operating point. The result is typically up to 30% higher energy yield compared to traditional PWM charge controllers – especially under changing light conditions or partial shading.
The BlueSolar series does not have built-in Bluetooth, but can be monitored via the VE.Direct port and Victron accessories such as a Bluetooth dongle or GX system.
