Description
Efficient MPPT solar charge controller for larger 12V, 24V, 36V, and 48V battery systems.
The Victron BlueSolar MPPT 150/70-Tr is a powerful solar charge controller that ensures maximum utilization of energy from your solar panels. With up to 150 V input voltage from solar panels and 70 A charging current, it can handle larger solar installations on boats, RVs, and off-grid systems.
The advanced ultra-fast MPPT technology constantly tracks the optimal working point of the solar panels, which can provide up to 30% higher energy yield compared to traditional PWM charge controllers – especially in changing light conditions or partial shading.
The BlueSolar series are Victron's classic controllers without built-in Bluetooth (unlike SmartSolar), but can still be monitored via VE.Direct connection and Victron accessories.

💡 Tip from SejlStrøm:
BlueSolar models are typically a bit cheaper than the SmartSolar series because they do not have built-in Bluetooth. If you want to monitor the controller from your phone, you can add a Victron VE.Direct Bluetooth dongle.
