Passer til dit solcelleanlæg?
Vælg ikke regulatoren efter panelernes watt alene. Panelernes samlede tomgangsspænding ved kulde skal holde sig under 150 V, og den tilladte PV-kortslutningsstrøm (Isc) i modelmanualen skal overholdes. Seriekobling hæver spændingen; parallelkobling hæver strømmen. Den nominelle wattangivelse er et dimensioneringspunkt, ikke en selvstændig godkendelse af enhver panelkombination. MC4-indgangene går til samme MPPT-sporing; flere stik er ikke det samme som uafhængige solcelleindgange.
Montering og batteri
Montér regulatoren tørt, ventileret og beskyttet mod vand og saltstænk. Tilpas ladeprofilen til batteriets anvisninger; ved lithium skal BMS og temperaturbeskyttelse kunne standse opladningen, når batteriet kræver det. Følg rækkefølgen for tilslutning og afbrydelse i manualen.

Victron SmartSolar MPPT 150/60 MC4 converts energy from solar panels into controlled charging for the battery. This model delivers up to 60 A charging current and is intended for 12/24/48 V battery systems. It can be used in boats, campers, and other battery-based solar systems when the panels, battery, and installation are sized together. Bluetooth is built-in, allowing you to monitor and configure the controller in VictronConnect without an additional Bluetooth dongle.

Is it suitable for your solar system?
Do not choose the controller based on panel wattage alone. The total open-circuit voltage of the panels in cold weather must remain below 150 V, and the permissible PV short-circuit current (Isc) specified in the model manual must be respected. Series connection increases voltage; parallel connection increases current. The nominal wattage rating is a dimensioning guide, not an automatic approval of every panel combination. The MC4 inputs feed into the same MPPT tracker; multiple connectors are not the same as independent solar inputs.
Choose the display you need
- SmartSolar Control plug-in display – mounts in the controller's front port, without a VE.Direct cable.
- MPPT Control – separate display for the control station; requires a VE.Direct cable of appropriate length.
- VE.Direct to USB interface – optional data connection to a computer or suitable GX device.
MPPT Control, USB interface, and an external Bluetooth dongle all use the same VE.Direct port. They are alternative connections, not equipment that must all be connected simultaneously. The controller's built-in Bluetooth does not use the VE.Direct port.
Included items and necessary installation parts
This item is the specified solar charge controller. Solar panels, battery, installation cables, fuses, and optional display accessories do not form a complete set with this item. Cable length, cable cross-section, and fuses must be chosen for the specific installation. The controller is not a 230 V charger or a replacement for a DC-DC charger.
Mounting and battery
Mount the controller in a dry, ventilated area protected from water and salt spray. Adjust the charge profile according to the battery instructions; for lithium, the BMS and temperature protection must be able to stop charging when the battery requires it. Follow the sequence for connection and disconnection described in the manual.
