The Victron Orion‑Tr Smart 48/48‑8A Isolated DC‑DC Charger is a flexible and intelligent charger that uses an adaptive 3‑stage charging algorithm (bulk → absorption → float) that optimizes battery charging for both lead‑acid and lithium batteries . The galvanic isolation ensures that input and output ground are completely separated for increased safety and reduction of electrical noise in complex systems.
Bluetooth connectivity allows you to monitor and configure the charger wirelessly via the VictronConnect app , and the unit supports remote on/off control and integration with engine running detection systems. Multiple units can be paralleled if higher total power is required.
